The BuggyFix was developed to let you easily and securely take your compact buggy with you on your cargo bike, specifically for the Urban Arrow Family and Urban Arrow FamilyNext. Instead of losing space in the box, you can conveniently carry the buggy on the rear rack.
Thanks to its minimalist design, the BuggyFix can simply stay on your bike when you ride without the buggy. Want to remove the BuggyFix temporarily? You can easily click it off in one simple motion. Prefer to leave it on your bike? You can lock the BuggyFix with the included key.

With the BuggyFix, you can easily attach your buggy to the MIK HD mount on your Urban Arrow rear rack. Because the buggy is positioned at the back of the cargo bike, your pedalling movement remains completely free and you can ride without obstruction. The included carrier plate keeps the buggy at a distance and protects it from dirt.
Which option do you need?
There are two options available, depending on the rear rack on your Urban Arrow:
- BuggyFix for Urban Arrow Essential V2
Do you have the Urban Arrow Essential V2 rear rack? Then the BuggyFix fits directly onto your bike. You don’t need an additional adapter. - BuggyFix + MIK adapter for Urban Arrow Essential
Do you have the older Urban Arrow Essential rear rack? Then you’ll need our MIK adapter to use the BuggyFix.

The BuggyFix comes with the required mounting hardware and is easy to install yourself. Within just a few minutes, you’ll be ready to head out with your buggy.

Does the BuggyFix fit on my Urban Arrow?
The BuggyFix fits on your Urban Arrow if your bike is equipped with an Urban Arrow MIK HD luggage rack. There are two suitable versions; on this page you can see which ones they are.
Which buggies fit on the BuggyFix?
The BuggyFix is suitable for almost all compact buggies with a single push bar. Please note that your buggy must have a folding button in the middle of the push bar and that the push bar must be straight or slightly curved. Does your buggy have a fully round push bar? Then unfortunately it will not fit. View HERE which buggies do and do not fit.
Does the BuggyFix fit on bikes from other brands?
The current BuggyFix was specially developed for the Urban Arrow and therefore does not yet fit on bikes from other brands. Do you have a different bike? We are working on a universal version that should become available later this year. Would you like to stay informed? Sign up HERE for updates.
Which Urban Arrow luggage rack do I need for the BuggyFix?
The BuggyFix fits directly onto the Urban Arrow Essential V2 luggage rack with MIK HD. Do you have the older Urban Arrow Essential luggage rack? Then you can use the BuggyFix with our MIK adapter. View HERE how to recognise which luggage rack you have and what you need.
Can I mount the BuggyFix myself?
Yes, you can easily mount the BuggyFix yourself. Installation is quick: within 5 minutes, you can head out with your buggy.
Does the BuggyFix get in the way when cycling without a buggy?
No, the BuggyFix can simply stay on your bike. The side plate remains mounted and the carrying bracket does not get in the way. Do you still want to remove it? Then you can easily click the carrying bracket loose with one hand movement.
Does my pedalling movement remain free when the buggy is mounted?
Yes, even with a buggy on the BuggyFix, you can pedal freely as usual. The buggy sits far enough back, so it does not get in the way while cycling.
How stable is the buggy while cycling, for example over bumps or in corners?
The buggy stays firmly in place while cycling. Even over bumps, corners, speed bumps and other obstacles, it stays securely in the bracket thanks to the buggy’s own weight.
Can I lock the BuggyFix?
Yes, you can lock the BuggyFix. Two keys are included: one for when you want to remove the BuggyFix often, and one to leave the BuggyFix locked on your bike.

De BuggyFix is echt mega handig. We gebruiken de bakfiets echt overal voor en dan is dit een uitkomst. De buggy meenemen in je bak gaat gewoon niet qua formaat en de bak beschadigt er ook van. Door de BuggyFix nemen we de buggy echt overal mee naartoe en dan heb je heerlijk je handen vrij bijvoorbeeld op de markt of in het bos. Fantastisch! De buggy eraan hangen kost je letterlijk geen moeite, je hebt er ook geen last van tijdens het fietsen en de buggy zit super stabiel ook over hobbels of in bochten. Ik krijg ook echt heel veel positieve reacties van mensen die er ook een willen. Installatie is ook super makkelijk en duidelijk. Top product weer van Studio Vollebak!
Love the Buggyfix! It makes it so easy to take my buggy with me on my Urban Arrow. Super quick to install, not in the way at all, and it arrived fast. With a little one who can’t walk far, this is honestly a must-have. Also great when taking the Maxi-Cosi in the cargo bike.
