Not satisfied with your purchased products? You can return them to us within 14 days of placing your order.

Items must be undamaged and unused and returned in their original packaging. Once we have received the products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 10 working days of receipt.

Please include the delivery note with the return so that we can trace the order. If this is no longer available, please enclose a note with your name.

The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. If the reason for the return is an incorrectly delivered product, we will reimburse the (return) shipping costs afterwards. In this case, please contact us by email: info@studiovollebak.nl
