📦 What’s in the Box

Before starting the installation, check that your kit contains the following parts:

  1. 2x EPDM frame protection strip (already in front and rear body)
  2. Shackle
  3. Rain Cover Lock front body
  4. Rain Cover lock rear body
  5. 2× Allen screw (already mounted)
  6. 2× Nut (already mounted)
  7. 2x Key

🛠 Installation Instructions

Follow the steps below to install the Rain Cover Lock around the Urban Arrow FamilyNext steering tube. Make sure the bike is stable (for example, in a stand) before you begin.

⚠️ Safety Instructions

Intended Use

  • The Rain Cover Lock is designed exclusively for securing the original rain cover on the Urban Arrow FamilyNext.

Before Every Ride

  • Make sure the key is removed from the lock before riding.
  • We recommend attaching the key to your bike key to avoid leaving it in the lock.
  • We recommend removing the shackle when transporting children in the box to prevent injury in case of sudden braking.
  • Only use the product when all components are correctly installed.

Damage & Replacement

  • Do not use the product if any part is broken, bent, deformed, or missing.
  • Only use original Studio Vollebak replacement parts.

💡 Tip

Attach the Rain Cover Lock key to your bike key so it is always within reach. Store the spare key at home in a safe place.

🧽 Maintenance

  • Clean the Rain Cover Lock regularly with a damp cloth.
  • Dry the product with a soft cloth after cleaning.
  • Use lock spray when the lock becomes difficult to open or close, or when the key does not turn smoothly.
